This one will work for those specs. It's a SATA 3, which means it will run faster in a like system, but it is downward compatible with SATA 2. It also a faster RPM that you mention, but that would be just an extra benefit of speed. The only thing you need to watch out for is the size. This is a standard size drive, so it might not work in a space saving desktop and wouldn't work in a laptop. This should work fine in most normal desktops though.
This is an all around upgrade to the specs you're looking for. Its SATA3, which supports SATA2. Its 7200rpm, which makes read/write faster than 5400. Its 3.5" internal. And 3TB is a nice increase over 2TB.
