I have enjoyed many aspects of this book. It has encouraged my Christian walk as I saw prayers answered in amazing ways, life lived in obedience to God through extremely difficult situations, and Edith's encouragement to me through time in her own words of truth.

I have shared this book with missionaries in difficult places hoping that the difficulties that the Schaffers faced and ideas they had for ministry to the lost might be an encouragement to them in their own situations.

I know God is amazing, but I saw it in the life of Edith!
