5.0 out of 5 stars Stellar sound
I purchased this product after reading a review in our local newspaper. The writer indicated that the Mstation was the best Ipod player on the market and was a great value for the price. He was absolutely correct. The Mstation delivers crisp sound at all volume levels. We have used it indoors and also to provide the sound for outdoor parties and have just loved it! I...

1.0 out of 5 stars Utter and complete junk - one of the worst products I have ever purchased
My wife was practically in tears at the prospect of this monstrosity sitting in our living room. It's even uglier than I had imagined. For some reason I thought, if it looks this hideous it must sound really great, and in a way I was relieved to discover that it sounds like a tin can attached to an iPod. An absolute abomination.

I think it is one the the best new tech products of 2007.

4.0 out of 5 stars M-station stereo tower Awesome for the $, January 18, 2008
This review is from: mStation 2.1 Stereo Tower for iPod (Electronics)
I received the M-Station tower for Christmas from my husband who by the way researched to death different sound systems that would play mp3's from my Iphone. I love it! The only fault is Apple, the remote does not operate any funtions on the phone like skipping songs. The remote for as basic as you can get does an awesome job of volume control, off/on etc.

The sound quality is excellent. Music sounds wonderful, no tinness, no static etc. When compared to the Bose, the sound quality is just about as superb and the price is much better.

The speakers offer a far range of sound throughout our ranch home. My decor is not contempary but this tower is far from an eyesore and fits nicely in a small space. The tower also acts as my phone charger now.

CON: The websit for M-Station offers no help about the unit. Infact I could not find the unit on the website.

I highly recommend this speaker system! Differnt craddles come for diffent size mps players etc. I really feel you wont be disapointed.

4.0 out of 5 stars good ipod jukebox, January 12, 2008
This review is from: mStation 2.1 Stereo Tower for iPod (Electronics)
This product is bulkier than the external speakers sold at Best Buy, etc., but it will fit in the corner of a bedroom or living room nicely. I actually like the stand-alone setup better, especially since I thought the design was attractive.

While the 60 watts (split equally between the subwoofer and the tweeter/midrange assembly) will not rattle the pictures off the wall, this device definitely has enough punch to enjoy your music at moderate volume. The down-firing 5-and-a-quarter inch sub probably extends the unit's range to 60 or 70 hertz, possibly due to its location at the end of the tubular chamber. There's a useful bass and treble control on the remote, as well as volume. You do have to use the ipod itself to change playlists, but I don't find this bothersome myself, as I usually have mine in shuffle mode..

Overall, the sonic quality and adequate power made this purchase worth the price, even more so when compared to the "shelf units" costing as much or more (Bose, Altec Lansing, etc.)

5.0 out of 5 stars Quality durable product at a competitive price., April 11, 2011

Had the mStation for a couple of years now. Sound quality/performance has not suffered in this time. Never had any issues with functionality. A stylish, affordable option, with decent features that could easily justify a higher price tag.

4.0 out of 5 stars Just Great!, February 8, 2008
This review is from: mStation 2.1 Stereo Tower for iPod (Electronics)
Super easy delivery, set up. All possible iPods will play, great sound, loud enough for the purpose intended. This is not a high-end stereo, and it does not want be that - it's great for daily play, parties, music from your PC, etc. The small remote works great (backs up or forwards songs, treble, bass and volume controls), we really liked the portability and the so mega cool looks! Well made product - love it!

(1 negative remark about the shipper - this comes in a BIG box, with "M-station Stereo Tower" in big letters written on it, so everybody can see what we ordered and had waiting for us, but the smart UPS people left it on the front porch, without trying to see if we're home, without us having to sign for it. We're lucky that we actually got it!)

5.0 out of 5 stars A Must-Have, January 21, 2008
This review is from: mStation 2.1 Stereo Tower for iPod (Electronics)
I absolutely love the M-station Stereo Tower. I wanted to get rid of my massive stereo speakers, but could not find anything small that had the same sound quality, until I heard the M-station.
