This product didn't work as advertised. I tried several times to register the serial code included in the package so I could take advantage of the Web Ghost proxy server and it wouldn't register. Using the public servers the software enables you to to only slowed my system down considerably as I tried to surf the net.

I just got this software and I installed it I noticed the proxies are limited they mostly failed to pass the test to use them correctly so I have to keep searching for available ones which it takes forever, you can search the internet completely and still be waiting for this software to search for proxies, secondly the booklet is not helpful don't even bother to read it you would have to figure out yourself on how this software works if it does!! and last but not least the software won't stay turned on so every time you turn off and turn on the computer you would have to open the software and turn on yourself which I find it annoying because if I forget which tends to happen to me then I won't be protected and I would go online with my real IP address which sucks!!! Im really disappointed with this item and would not recommend it!!

For the same price I bought one great option which is "ANONYMIZER"its much better, has the same price, works automatically you don't have to do anything else whenever you turn off and on the computer and works great!!!

This is the buggiest software you can buy. It doesn't work, Keeps asking for your name and serial number. I paid for it and I have been given 2 serial numbers and downloaded it 3 times. It still doesn't work. The staff is friendly, just not helpful.

The product does not seem to function properly. The manual indicates that you can change your settings so that you will not need to repeatedly enter your ID and serial number, but this function does not seem to work properly. I was in touch with customer support several times and they are extremely nice, but none of them were able to resolve the many problems I encountered. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to offer a refund, too, so I would hesitate to recommend this product to others.

I got a great deal on this or so I thought THE SERIAL NUMBER IS INVALID! SO IT IS A USELESS PEICE OF TRASH! Buy direct! I had to give it one star but you can consider it a negative one.
