I've owned (a used copy of) this book for over 10 years and in reviewing it recently realized how many of the sewing tips I've incorporated into my sewing: seams, techniques and ideas for ripstop and other outdoor fabrics. Worth up to $30 in my opinion. Wish the author were on the radar so he could get a piece of the profits.
