How many amps. Does this draw on high setting?

The approximate simple answer is about 2 amps. Longer answer: This is derived from the power formula, P = I*E (P is power in watts, I is amps and E is volts). Using algebra, I = P/E or 240w/120v = 2A or 2 amps. I won't even bother getting into an explanation of obtaining a more "electrically correct" answer.
