A-Bomb says:
I have a phoenix tattooed on my forearm. It has many meanings for me, my original intent was the spiritual belief of reincarnation. I'm thinking of actually changing it's meaning which is great cause it has so many. I want to add a quote to it that represents "second chance". Would a phoenix represent this as well? I looked on many websites and nothing like that. I know it can represent resurrection as well which I cheated death in my life a few times.

Bottom line, if anyone knows any other meanings to the phoenix I would appreciate it posted to this discussion. And also some feedback on the "second chance" meaning. Would it be reasonable since it already represents resurrection as well?
