I bought a HP Pavilion laptop last week and I was unable to connect to the internet wirelessly. The laptop was able to connect to my home wireless network with execellent signal strength but I was not able to connect to the internet. I contacted HP cutomer service 2 times and ended up speaking to morons who knew nothing about how to fix this problem. I spent 2+ hours each time and they could not help me. I am going to try one more time and if this is ot fixed, the is going back to Amazon. HP - Hire people who know how to fix issues and not idiots who waste people's time.
