This review is from: The Case of the Missing Duckie (Hardcover)
My oldest son is 30. When he was about 2 1/2, he learned this book by heart and used to recite it to me verbatim. I was amazed and realized that this was the beginning of my little boy's sojourn into the world of his amazing intellect. He went on to become a Rhodes Scholar, and for his 30th birthday present, I decided one of his gifts should be this book as a remembrance of his first significant reading experience. I worked for Sesame Street years ago, and it therefore has special meaning for me as well. So perhaps I am a bit biased, but it is a great story and certainly part of our family history.
