Of Ms Hone, James Holden wrote, English astrologer, educator, and author. Cannot get out-of-date as it includes information on all the planets, signs and if you're brave, how to make a chart using an ephemeris and NO computer.
My edition has a pale blue cover, not the one in the illustration.
That aside, my copy came from my Auntie who had an avid interest in Astrology.
I like the way Margaret explains things carefully and without any fluff. She gets to the heart of Astrological principles. I don't agree that this book can age. How can it? The principles of Astrology haven't changed. They way we make chart is still the same and I, personally, like use and write about in my Astro series book/s starting with How to Survive a Pisces, the Equal House System.
If you really want to learn Astrology deeply, there is nothing more empowering, but difficult, in making a chart from only using the Ephemeris, and Margaret takes you through all the steps in how to do just that.
She even gives a very plausible explanation for the reason 'we' follow Astrology, which will never go out of date.
I celebrate her writing expertise, and only wish it were made into a Kindle E-Book so that more people could read it!
