Contrary to the features list on the Acer web site, and as other reviewers have already noted, this version of the T232HL monitor does not support 3D. Similar 23-inch IPS 3D 120hz monitors without touch screens sell for about half the price - so is having a touch screen on this non-3D Acer monitor really worth an extra $250+ ?
The T232HL does not support 3D. It is a 60 Hz monitor, not 120 Hz. The Acer website is a bit misleading on this since the product page has their stock blurbs about supporting 3D, but neither the box nor any of the included documentation mention 3D at all. The nVidia control panel also doesn't recognize it as being a 3D Vision transmitter.
The T232HL is supposed to have 3D display ability. Using NVIDIA 3D LightBoost technology and NVIDIA 3D Vision 2 Wireless Glasses, Acer 3D monitors sync wirelessly with the glasses and video card. (Acer)This was not tested.
