I was so stoked to get this case, as it seems to offer total protection. It worked great at first. But after a day or two, there were some problems:

1. The screen protector is ever so slightly higher than the screen; it isn't flush. It's close enough to operate the touch screen, but when you press down, some parts of the screen protector stick to the screen, and some don't. This makes the contrast different (stuck down areas appear darker than areas that aren't).

2. This also means that dust gets into the case and rests on the bottom side of the screen protector. It's enough to drive you crazy.

3. The screen protector side seems to be very scratch resistant. The bottom of the case, however, scratches very easily and looks bad.

4. The screen protector attracts facial oils like nobody's business.

I don't recommend getting this, at least not for $20. Strictly speaking, it does do an excellent job of protecting the phone, but it's not worth the drawbacks. I'm going back to the Otterbox Defender and a stick-on screen protector.
