HOW COULD SHE?

I have a really close friend who went behind mg back and started going out with a guy I liked first. She texted me to sag that she cares a lot about our friendship and asked me to give her permission to date him, then asked if I'd hate her for it. The only thing I could sag was, "No, go ahead." Now she is going out with him. She knew that I wasn't over him and that she made me cry myself to sleep. Is she a friend worth keeping?
