yes, we have 5 in different rooms, 4 use alone/watch different movies/shows than the others at same time, 5th in kitchen.

Amazon Prime will limit how many units can be used simultaneously, think it's two. Someone has to close Amazon channel on Roku (like signing/logging off but without going through that process) so someone else can watch it. You'll get an error message if more than 2 Rokus are watching Amazon to close one. We've not yet had this w Netflix.
