I love the compact size. The multifunction button is easy to learn. It seems to transmit with good sound quality - my wife couldn't even tell I was standing by a brush chipper grinding branches during one conversation.

I love the mini usb charger -- no more odd ball adapters to carry around.

I don't like the tinny sound . . .some higher pitched voices are nearly painful to listen to. If talking to someone on a speaker phone expect to say "repeat that" a lot.

The sound volume is plenty loud enough when needed and easy to adjust.

I have trouble keeping it stuck in my ear. The ear hook is flimsy and the ear bud adapters don't fit right. If I look skyward, it falls out.

It doesn't do well in windy conditions but niether does Jawbone.

I have used over 6 different brands/ models of bluetooth headsets, the nx6000 stands out above all of them! I typically put it on at 6 am and take it off around 12 hours later. With the nx6000 there is no heavy numbing weight on my ear. I actually forget I have it on. Sound quality and volume are 5x5. I recently was standing along side a busy highway talking to the 911 operator. I could hear her clearly and she could hear me with only minor background noise. The actual street noise level was so bad the I had to shout the talk to the person standing beside me. This bluetooth device is worth every penny.

While the earpiece will filter out ambient noise if you are sitting still, many people have told me they can hear my footsteps as I am walking or basically any other noise that seems to be transmitted through my body and that it is fairly loud.

Great for sitting still, but definitely not for talking and walking down the street.
