If you want to make your own skin care products this is a great way to start.

The easy to follow recipes are a great way for you to learn how and what affects your skin and hair, which allows you to develop 'a feel' for what will work for you and what does not.

Once you've mastered the basic ideas presented in this book, you will probably go on to more complex and indepth books on Aromatherapy, Herbal Medicine etc.
