The feedback I get is how great the sound quality is. How sleek and different it is from the rest.
People ask: 'Why is it priced a little higher?' Then I show them all the accessories inside the box.
Included are 3 different ways to carry your earpiece: a cradle, a necklace & a fashion clip, 9 ear piece options for the right fit, and finally a USB cord that can interchange with the car charger or the wall charger, both of which are included. After that they're instantly sold...

Novero's "TheFirstOne" Bluetooth headset is a very well made headset that is attractive with a modern look and comes with a whole bunch of accessories. I use the headset with a Blackberry Storm and its call quality was very impressive. I have used the headset in a moving car, in my office and walking on the streets of Manhattan, and in all situations callers heard me without a problem. I was able to hear callers clearly and they said my voice sounded natural and heard me quite well with no static, in fact one caller didn't believe I was speaking from a Bluetooth headset- A first for me! The style is a classic one, but being pearly white and chrome gave it a very sleek modern look. The multifunction button is located right in the middle of the front of the headset. It is raised just enough so it's easy to feel and press when worn on the ear. The only "con" I have is that after a period of time there was some discomfort in the ear, with all those accessories they left out just one earhook; but other than that I am very happy with the headset. In this case you are unquestionably getting what you pay for- Well done Novero!

Am completely satisfied with novero. Compatible with Pantech phone. No over the ear hanger to contend with. Clear communication with others. Able to communicate by e-mail with company representative. Would like to have been sure of compatibility before purchase. Seemed to take long for product to arrive and tracking not the best.

The quality of the headset is great, sync is easy with IPhone, but the earpieces are very uncomfortable and for the price that I paid, I would like to have an earpiece that fit and was comfortable. After wearing for about half hour, your ear will start to hurt.

I wish that it were not too late to return because I would return just for that reason.

The connection and ease of use to my iphone is great, but the smallest earpiece is too large for my ear. It causes pain and has fallen out since it doesn't fit.
