NorthSound has assembled a forest full of musical life on "The Blues Naturally" CD. The listener will be transported by a m�lange of natures voices--the loon, the thunder and rain, the crickets-fused with man's blues instruments-the harmonica, the bass, the slide guitar. You will feel transported by this CD's blend of a cool stream and a cool steel guitar.

The CD's serenity moves the listener smoothly through musical travels: a mosquito-shared evening on a Cajun porch in a dark swamp with a frog chorus on "The Blues", a dueling tumble between a harmonica and a flock of Canadian Geese on "Bella's Blues", a drenching rainforest hosts a sultry blues festival featuring a mountain lion and a bobcat on "Pussycat Blues".

Wildlife audio artist Bob Baldwin has recorded authentic sounds from the natural world. NorthSound has fused these with many flavors of blues, from traditional to the driving New Orleans-style, creating a synergy of relaxing energy in the listener.

"The Blues Naturally" is a path that connects the two elemental forces of nature and the blues.

This CD is great driving music for a long scenic trip! It is relaxing but not too much though to make you drowsy while driving. Some songs have a blue grass sound to them along with nice stream,ocean and animal sounds! Every song is good, I don't skip over any, I recommend.

I received this CD for a gift a couple of years ago and I have never grown tired of it. I can listen to it over and over and it never fails to relax.
