4.0 out of 5 stars Great yoga chill, June 7, 2007

M Path is a great disc for setting a mood for yoga or relaxation. Traditional and modern instruments and good production values make it a winner in what I would call "yoga chill genre".

5.0 out of 5 stars SECOND ALBUM BY DUO IS ALSO EXCELLENT, November 9, 2009
By Steven H. Propp (Sacramento, CA USA) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
This review is from: Wanderer (Audio CD)
This is the second album released by Triloka President and worldbeat producer Markus Mitchell and multi-instrumentalist Gardner Cole (who has written pop songs like "Open Your Heart" for Madonna; he's also written for Jody Watley, Tina Turner, etc.), who record under the name "M Path." (Their first album was Meeting Rivers [2002].)

The album blends East Indian instruments (including performances from several notable instrumentalists, such as Ramesh Misra on sarangi, and Indrajit Banerjee on sitar) with the sensibilities of Western popular music.
