I bought this because of the high concentration. Most seem to be 9 to 12%. It comes with a card to compare your progress and each time I use this I can notice that I move about one step each time. I am very impressed!
Make sure to only use .5ml on each tray. I mistakingly used almost 5ml on each and I was foaming at the mouth the entire time. This stuff expands like crazy as it does its job, you don't need very much.
I will definitely buy again but given how much you get and how little you need, it will be a while before needing a refill.

Items didn't come with directions for bleaching the teeth. So after researching the reviews and the website, I found some directions. I kept them in my mouth at 5 minutes each day for 2 consecutive weeks. It did sting my gums as warned, but this was expected. But after the two weeks they didn't seem to work. I didn't want to do it any longer if I didn't see progress. Also these were gels inserted in generic tubes. They didn't have any expiration date or use by date, so I wasn't sure if they were old. It also didn't have any warnings on what not to do and what to do.

Really Whiten's
It works but like other review says it burns if the product touches any skin. The trays for the teeth is too big so I just leave my mouth open while it sits for five minutes.

Did not change my tooth color very much.
I have used this every day for 30 minutes for 2 weeks now and see very little change in the color of my teeth. Not sure why?
