I had roof rats due to construction. The rats left, possibly leaving behind some dead relatives and nests which created an ever present foul odor. It permeated my nostrils and I could smell it on my skin and hair. I could not breathe right in my own home.I tried everything and spent lots of money on expensive deodorizers and foggers. Nothing worked.

I finally ordered Odorxit, it took three weeks to arrive because it was sent without a street address and I was on the verge of checking into a hotel. It arrived on March 13, on the 15th we sprayed the attic. Within hours the odor started to dissipate. I believe it is now completely gone.

I ordered two 16 oz bottles (that's how desperate I was) and have only used 4 ounces.

OdorXit almost immediately elimimates the nasty smell of cat urine. I have used it on various surfaces and it does the job. I have used other products, but they didn't kill the odor immediately. Follow the instructions that come with OdorXit, it is a different product than the enzyme cleaners. You have to clean the area first with an appropriate cleaner and then spray the OdorXit. I didn't mind the extra work because the cat urine odor was completely gone after I finished spraying the OdorXit and I felt the surface was really clean. The only negative thing is that it does have a strong odor of its own, which does dissipate after awhile, but, in my opinion, it is a heck of a lot better than cat urine odor.

Having rescued cats and farm animals since 1970, I have used a myriad of products to get rid of urine and feces odors. OdorXit is by far the best I have ever used and has always worked, where the other products have failed. I have used it on all types of surfaces, including dirt in the barn and it has always removed the odors completely. If you use this product and it didn't remove the odors, then you used it incorrectly or you didn't use enough. As in the case of carpeting, the urine can be absorbed into the padding below, and even into the floorboards beneath. If there is a copious amount of urine (where a cat or multiple cats have repeatedly urinated in the same spot) the urine can even spread beyond the point of central contact...even seeping into an adjacent room. You need to use a sufficient amount of OdorXit to follow the path of the urine in order to eliminate all the urine odor. Remember, just because you don't smell any odor, if there is still even a minute amount left your cat will DEFINITELY detect it and may revisit the area. I'd suggest reading the info on the OdorXit website about the proper way to get rid of odors regarding whatever surface on which you will be using it. I strongly recommend this product to everyone...it has never let me down.

I have 5 male cats. The oldest one does not like the competition so he uses the floor and anything laying on the floor as a litter box. This product saved my floors,laundry and my house. I highly recommend this product.

I had a cat , who was Old and had an "accident". It made whole room stink. I tried everything, from the Miracle stuff they sell at Petsmart to straight up Isopropyl Alcohol. ( carpet Guy told me to pour that on it) The alcohol worked for a Bit but smell came back. It was BAD! I bought this stuff as a last resort before ripping carpet out. I Mixed it with water, as it is concentrated, But did less water, more cleaner, and just Poured on stain, so that it soaked carpet ( BERBER) and padding. Withn HOURS, the smell was gone, and a Freshing smell was in room. I use it to spray around the room now like febreeze. I dont have too, i just Like the smell. the URINE smell Never came back! Im so Happy! So Before You Get rid of your cat or rip carpet out, Get this! It works! My 19 Year Old cat has since passed away. I Have 3 kittens now..and they dont go to spot to releive themselves either. I was afraid of that becuase I know once a cat goes someplace, they continue to do so. This took it out, and none of my cats now Miss the box, or go in this spot! this is Great to have on hand, Just In case. I asked my friends to tell me if they smell urine smell at all, and they all said NO! And you could smell it big time before I Got this product! THANK YOU ODORXIT for making a product that does what it claims!

I am a landlord with 2 apartment units and 6 single family houses. I don't rent to people with pets, but that doesn't stop them from bring them in later. And do they ever bring them in. When I discover the pet, if they will not get rid of the pet I evict them but it's usually too late at that point. Normally the rug is trashed and the smells like the zoo.

I found OdorXit Concentrate here on amazon and tried it. After wasting half a bottle, I read the instructions and wonder of wonders, it really worked.

Fantastic product that works better than anything I have tried in the past. I have used nearly every product out there for cat odor removal and this stuff works best. The product leaves a bit of scent which goes away after drying. Animals do not return to the "accident" spot.

Our basement flooded when the floor drain plugged. Nasty musty carpet etc.
Had to remove carpet, but OdorXit sprayed on bare floor killed the lingeriing odors. Let a pleasant floral scent that gradually faded away. Totally satisfied with the product.

Excellent odor control product. Easy to use either in a rug shampooer
or spray. We only had to apply it one time and could smell the difference
within hours.
