My in-laws are Canadian, and before my first child was born, my MIL bought me a tin of this cream and promised I would love it. She is right. This cream is amazing. I've given it to other friends whose children had HORRIFIC diaper rashes that nothing else would touch, and Penaten cream cleared it right up.

It works on any sort of rash, even on older children and adults. This is one item I can't live without.

This cream is excellent for older childrens rashes as well as diaper rash. My 6 year old son had a rash all over his thighs from the chlorine in the pool and this was the only thing he would let me put on it. His rash was completely better within 2 days.

I discovered Penaten because my wife is Canadian and it is very commonly used in her country. Having suffered with eczema and dermatitis my whole life, this is the one product (other than prescription strength hydrocortisone) that actually helps heal the rashes that pop-up on contact points on my body. It's also great for general healing of dry skin, and a host of other dermal maladies. Awesome, awesome stuff, with the only drawback being the white pasty residue it can leave on clothes.
