Nice pack,

I love how this pack is made for a smaller female body. I don't feel like I have a big giant sitting on my back! The straps aren't ridiculously long, and they don't get in my way. The padding for the laptop compartment makes the pack a bit hot on warm days, especially if you're walking to work/school/play. The side pockets just hold a 12 ounce Sigg water bottle. I would like a clip of some sort for my keys, but it's a minor detail.
