About the Author
Dennis Doyle is a Celtic harpist, singer and storyteller. He has done considerable research into his Irish culture. Having learned the Gaelic language, he sings it with love and pride. He has played in Ireland, Japan and throughout North America at most major Irish and Celtic festivals in the last 17 years. He has performed several times on national television, including the show Murder, She Wrote, and has consulted and performed background music for many others. Dennis and Paula Doyle and their children live in southern California.

This book contains a number of unique songs not found elsewhere. However, the publisher obviously needs new editors in their music typesetting department. Scores are uneven - words do not line up with notes, in particular - some scores have an extra line on a 2nd page that didn't need to be. Very disappointing product from Alfred Publishing - well below their normal standards.
