can anyone explain to me why the blu-ray version of Mad Men Season One is only 16.99 while the regular version is 27.49? interesting indeed

I assume that the Blu was $16.99 as a limited time Black Friday deal - however, it is STILL cheaper to buy the Blu than the DVD. Hm...

Probably supply and demand. If too few people are buying the blu-ray, then amazon will probably lower the price.

It's now $29.99 (01-02-09). Not the bargain it once was.

The prices jump all over the place. I notice that the complete series is considerably higher than purchasing all four seasons individually. That makes no sense.
