I just found this book at a local bookstore, but looked for it here to show to a friend which one it was. My 3 y.o. daughter just started taking Spanish classes at Language Stars in Chicago. She loves this book. I would give it 5 stars, but if you are not a Spanish speaker yourself, it will take a little work on your part to get the pronunciation right as there is no pronunciation guide.
But overall, it's a great book with flaps and pop up pages, sure to engage a preschooler.
