Once I print out the documents and have them notarized, does that make them "legal", or do I need to file them with my county courthouse?

A
You need to get copies NOTARIZED by a Notary Public. You need to sign copies, too. I do not know what you have to do beyond that. Why don't you call your local courthouse?

We did this at the bank. We had them witness, you need two, and then had it notorized. Hope that helps
