problem with error 6c10 on canon pixma mp560 Please, somebody could me with the mp560 error 6c10?

I did what Philip suggested + HARD RESET. My absorber were super colored even I just installed the cartridges. So I wetted them with the tip of my finger using Monster ScreenCleaner and soaked up the color. Rinse and repeat like 20x until the absorbers were clean.
Then I did HARDRESET as described here:

took me two tries to get it right.
It seems to be fixed now and the printer runs ok.

Just fixed mine. Thanks for the tip. My question is, has any been able to let Canon know about this? They should have it in the manual. You can search for 6C10 and it is not listed. I'm going to try to call them to complain.
