5.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful Horse
My 6 yr old really enjoys playing with this beautiful pegasus. MY favorite part is the way the wings snap out instead breaking. You just snap them back in again. It includes a tiny pegasus (about 2 inches long) which you fill with glitter dust through a hole in the stomach. (A teen/adult should do this.) There is enough glitter in the packet to use maybe 2 times...

Once I looked at the picture of Rainbow and Sprinkles I thought it would be terribly fun. When I got it I didn't let anybody play with it. And the wings didn't fall off very much. After a while I got bored playing with them. Mostly now only my friends play with them. When I used the sprinkles it made a big mess. Rainbow's wings bent, I lost Sprinkles, and I got black spots...

It includes a tiny pegasus (about 2 inches long) which you fill with glitter dust through a hole in the stomach. (A teen/adult should do this.) There is enough glitter in the packet to use maybe 2 times. Before you fill it, let your child know WHERE they can sprinkle the glitter. I let my daughter sprinkle it on our nativity set. She had a great time and it looked lovely. She continues to play with both the large pegasus and the tiny one and really enjoys both.

5.0 out of 5 stars Rainbow Horse, October 24, 2000

Although my daughter gave this pony a 5 star rating, I was not too keen on the glitter that got sprinkled all over the place. Still, the pony reminds us of magical times, times of princessess and royal kingdoms. My daughter spends many hours making every single Barbie fly through the air on the Rainbow Sprinkles pony.

4.0 out of 5 stars The wings are not durable, January 4, 2000

My daughter loves this toy very much. She says it is her favorite of all of the gifts she received for Christmas, but from day one the wings have been falling off and it has made her almost scared to play with it.

5.0 out of 5 stars My 5 yr old daughter plays with this daily., February 24, 2001

I thought this was a little goofy, but my little girl used her hard 'earned' money for this. The glitter sprinkles were gone in about 3 minutes, but they vacuumed up nicely and my daughter did not miss them. She decided the tiny horse (with the glitter receptacle) was a baby and she put it in a plastic easter egg. The big horse spends many hours making nests and caring for her baby and flying our barbie army about.

I never know which toys (or even which barbies!) are going to be favorites. Barbie Rainbow Horse is definately a favorite in this house!

4.0 out of 5 stars Loads of Fun, December 13, 2000

My daughter received this for her 4th birthday and still plays with it a year later. I am now buying one for my 3 year old niece who fell in love with it last time she was over our house. My one complaint is the glitter that comes with it. I took that out of the box right away and didn't even let my daughter see it, otherwise the glitter would have been all over my house.

My 3-1/2 year-old received this from Santa last year and fell in LOVE with it! Almost a year later it is still one of her favorite toys and has held up well! I, like some of the others, haven't given her the sprinkles to use yet, but am glad to hear they vacuum up nicely. I don't think any little girl would be disappointed to get this as a gift. The wings do come off easily, but they also go on easily so this isn't a problem for us.

4.0 out of 5 stars Rainbow Horse, July 10, 2001

This toy is fun but may be better suited for ages 4+. My 4 yr old daughter enjoys playing with the Rainbow and Sprinkles, but often pulls the wings off of Rainbow and also loves to remove the saddle. I also took away the bag of sprinkles to give to her when she's a little older because I didn't think she would get the idea of using the sprinkles correctly & would just make a mess with them. The toy is durable and the wings can easily be reattached and still work well...but they seems to be able to be removed too easily. It does promote some great imaginary play and my daughter loves the toy...even sleeps with her sometimes! :) My rating is 4 stars.

This is a great toy. I got it for my 4 year old for Christmas. I was surprised at how nice it is. It is a great value, and a great addition to her Barbie toys.

What a glittery horse. I just don't like the glitter from the little horse. They should make it a baby. And the wings are flimsy. Buit it is sooooooooo glittery and dreamy! I looooove the pink wings and bridl!
