5.0 out of 5 stars Good figures in a little set, July 8, 2000

This set is an easy way to get the Darth Maul and Qui-Gon figures. Both Darth Maul and the Sith Speeder are included in the larger set that has his ship (Sith Infiltrator). And, Qui-Gon can be found in other sets as well. But, this is the only set to get the moisture vaporator. I bought a couple of these sets for the vaporators and traded off the extra figures. I'd like to have seen accessory sets available from Lego so that I didn't have to do that. But, everyone I traded with seemed pretty eager just to get ahold of the figures, so I got some good deals out of it. I'd recommend this set primarily for those who want the figures but do not want to buy some of the more expensive sets to get them.

4.0 out of 5 stars Buy it for the figures, January 24, 2000

The figures of Qui Gon and Darth Maul make it worth the money, but the speeder bike design is weak. Nice scene to display on top of your computer monitor.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Inexpensive Lego Set, December 28, 1999

The Episode I Lego set is a great deal for a small set. It has two good minifigs, both with lightsabers, and you can recreate the duel between Darth Maul and Qui-Gon. Darth Maul's Sith Speeder is also included, as well as some sort of moisturizer pump. The set would be better with more interesting accessories, but overall, it's very cool. I give it a 4.5.

5.0 out of 5 stars Lightsaber Duel = FUN!, April 18, 2000

Now I am a big Star Wars enthusist, and when I bought this, I immediately had fun. Darth Maul's design is so cool. The speeder bike needs a little work, but it's cool. Qui-Gon Jinn's design makes him look almost exactly alike to the one in the movie. It's really cool!

4.0 out of 5 stars action in a small set, August 17, 2000

Unlike most small sets, you get Qui-gon and Darth Maul. While you don't need this if your planning on collecting many Star Wars sets, because you can count on multiple Qui Gon characters and you can get the dark lord and his vehicle with the infiltrator. I think this is a great small set for play. Kids will have enormouse fun with the light sabers, as kids always do.
