My daughter just couldn't stop talking about this toy she played with at a friends house. Over and over I heard how wonderful this toy was. After asking the parents I found out it was the Barbie Laptop. I checked into it a bit and found the price was a bit high for me, but after reading all the great reviews and seeing all that she could do with it, I gave in. Well, we've had it for about a week now and she plays with it every chance she gets. She is proud of her accomplishments and it's great to hear Barbie giving support when she does OR doesn't get something right. What I would love to see them change is the size of the display screen. Barbie is predominently on there and her image is larger than the screen. Too bad the screen isn't bigger. But I would recommend this toy. It's a great learning tool!

We purchased the barbie laptop for our daughters 7th birthday. She LOVES it!! Plenty of games to keep busy, some she's not ready for yet and some she can master. This is a fun learning toy that she will have for the next few years. Great for road trips also.

I got this for my daughters 6th birthday. And it is the best gift she could have received. She plays on it for hours and and fun keeps on going. The only thing I didn't like about it is it doesn't give her enough time to think or press the buttons. Barbie comes on in less that a minute saying hello are you there if they hesitate to think or can't find a particular button. This is distracting to her when she is concentrating on a problem. The product is a good one and I would recomend getting it for your child as well.

I purchased the B-Book Upgraded Laptop recently from Amazon.com and gave it to my 7-year-old cousin. She uses the laptop whenever she has an opportunity to do so. She even wants to take it with her when she goes out.

At first, I thought she might be discouraged with some of the games, but she seems to be instead challenged by the games. Her learning curve on the laptop has been impressive.

I am confident that I made a worthwhile investment in the laptop. Barbie's words of encouragement are extremely helpful. Hats off to Oregon Scientific for developing this learning laptop. I'm glad I purchased the upgraded version. It's much improved from the original version.

VERY GOOD FOR GIRLS OF ALL AGE FROM 6 UNTIL TEENS BECAUSE THE COMPUTER KEEPS GOING UP AND UP IN LEVELS MY DAUGHTER IS IN THE 1ST GRADE AND THIS LAPTOP WILL HELP HER UNTIL SHE REACH THE 7TH GRADE!!!

Got this for my 7 year old niece... takes it with her wherever she goes.

I purchased this toy for my 2 year old, but I find it to be very educational..I just wish the screen was bigger

I purchased this item for my six year old daughter. She was pleased simply because it was Barbie...but, I for one had problems with the Math activity. You have to enter your answers in backwards (i.e. 6+26 has to be entered 23 instead of 32 to be correct). I feel that this is misleading in teaching a child math skills.

Overall, I was not very satisfied.

I realize it is early, but I do my shopping during the year for Christmas. I saw this Barbie Upgraded Laptop and thought this would be a great learning tool and at the same time a fun toy. It is alway great to combine learning with fun.
