These boots are great. My husband swears it's like not wearing shoes at all. They are tough and withstand his job as a groundsman for a tree company. Outstanding. You can't go wrong with Tims.

The product was is in great quality as expected from the Timberland brand. The only issue I had was that the shoe came looking new from the outside whole the inside showed sines of wear (dirt scuffs, sand, etc.) which disappointed me since the shoe was a gift for a loved one. The shoes are comfortable and well supported as reported to me. Be careful when you go with white. Stains only come off if you clean them right away. Scuffs are easily noticeable and near impossible to get off. The colors in the pictures on Amazon are very accurate.
I would definitely buy them again and would reccommend it to others.

The product is excellent, the shipping time was perfect, but as an international customer I needed a receipt on the box for custom purposes. I was being overcharged for shipping just because of this issue. Please for future reference always, always put a receipt with the box. I would definitely buy from your company again but please place this as a very important suggestion.

Footlocker sent me a black boot instead of the Burgundy boot,

What would I have wanted to know before I purchased this product? I would have wanted to know if they didn't have the color they showed in the picture, which was Burgundy. If I had known that I would have never ordered it. I am a female and I don't want a black timberland boot. The burgundy was a really pretty color and more suitable for a lady. I am very disappointed and will have to now search elsewhere for what I want. I thought I was going to get what was shown in the picture, but it didn't work out. You live and learn - and I learned really well this time around. I am hoping for a refund as soon as possible.
