I bought this mat 5 years ago and practice twice a week. It's really held up, easy to clean. However, it's the first mat I've ever bought, and next time I will purchase a thicker mat. I am 125 lbs, and my knees get sore, so I end up folding over the mat for more support.

this mat gets very slippery and makes even simple moves frustrating. i would recommend a different mat.
