Okay, lots of high quality fiber optic audio sources (TV, satellite receiver, CD-DVD player, etc.) and only one stereo receiver/amplifier with one high quality optical input. What to do? Use this device.This odd looking unit has 3 Toslink (fiber optic) input connections for 3 different sources and one Toslink output connection for your receiver (or whatever). Just move the switch handle to select the source you want to direct to the receiver. That's all. Easy to install (no power supply), simple to use, works great and maintains highest quality audio signal. A real solution to a real problem. Highly recommended. Therck |
