I have become an ebay participant. I send out items through the mail and UPS everyday. I needed a postage scale so I bought a Digiweigh from Amazon. It has served me well. It gives the correct weight every time. When I take my items to the post office my packages and other mailings are always within a tenth of an ounce of the postal scale. In fact, the post office doesn't even bother to weigh my items any more since the weight is always accurate. I'm buying a Digiweigh for my son who has also begun trading on ebay. It's a great and reliable product.

I bought this scale for personal and business use. It worked fine for about the first 2 weeks, then it started having problems. When I turn it on it says E-L and shuts off. It use to do it everyonce and a while. I thought maybe my kids were involved with the mystery message. Now about 2 months later.. I can't get it to turn on at all. It always says E-L. I don't recall it coming with any papers.. if it did, I wish I could find them so I could tell them what I think of this product. I wouldn't even go as far as to call this a true product. What a waste.

My scale arrived with a defective LCD display.
Manufacturer's customer service very slow to respond and replace the defective item.
Scale worked but did not display all the numbers.
