best stroller in the world,

since my son was born 18 months ago we have been through 4 strollers. finally i found the perfect one! i purchased it because i heard maclaren strollers were easier to push for taller people and i was tired of kicking the wheels on the back of my chicco. (also, since it is an older model, it was the cheapest maclaren i could find). i love it. its great for the metro and travel, and if he doesn't want to sit in it, easy to carry over the shoulder. since the sunshades on most strollers don't block the sun unless its high noon, i don't see the lack of one as being a problem. i really like the material too, never stains, easy to keep clean, and no teddy bears in sight. overall, the most used baby product i have bought to date. i've had it for 6 months, use it every day, and have never had a problem (such as wheels falling off, which happened on the chicco). also takes up no room in the trunk, so i can fit more shopping bags in. yay.

I have this exact stroller, and I have to say that I just love it! It's really good for someone who is taller - I'm about 5'9" and this is the only stroller I don't have to crouch over a bit to push. My husband loves it for that aspect as well. We have a 22 month old little boy, and he is always happy in this stroller. The wider seat, and high back-rest make it a lot more comfortable for him to sit in. The only downside is that it doesn't have any sort of sun-shade to protect his face, but for quick trips and for ease of opening and closing, this stroller is a great value!

i was sold when i read that this stroller is *the* choice of london moms dealing with the underground. in our family it lives in the back of the car, and comes out for trips to the mall, market, anywhere with sidewalks. folds/collapses fairly easily, easy to carry up/down stairs, maneuverable, ok storage space. only negatives are: a) the "step" lever: wish it were bigger, since at times it's hard to keep your foot on it when unfolding the stroller; b) it's so light that if there's no child inside and you hang a coat over the top it *will* tip. that said, it's amazingly practical, and has survived almost a year of moderate use, including some off-roading, with no problems.
