I was very unhappy with this product. I have had the same kind of slipper from this company before, and I loved them. The slippers I have had before were good quality, good price and they lasted for years. When I got these new ones I could tell right out of the box that they were not the same quality. They were not 'finished' well and the stitching was kind of rough. I have had these a few months and already the insole is going bald in places and the fleece under the toes is bunching up and becoming uncomfortable. I don't think these slippers will make it through a whole year of wear. If you are looking to buy these, I recommend that you keep looking.

The purchase went so smoothly and the product was so excellent, I think it was the best purchase on-line I have ever done. The Minnetonka slippers are fantastic - great quality, very attractive, and super warm. It is wonderful Amazon.com continues to provide an A+ shopping experience with top-notch products at reasonable prices.

I started wearing these ankle boots 15 years ago in Minnesota and they have followed me to California. I live in these boots. Most comfortable shoe I EVER owned. I am a size 9 but get a size 8 as they stretch and mold to your feet. I have four new spare boots on hand in case they ever discontinue, which I hope they never do. I also own many of the suede boat sole mocs for year round comfort. (Get those in your regular size).

When searching for this gift for my wife I was very critical when it came to quality. Having read the reviews for several brands of this product I felt the most comfortable going with the Minnetonka slipper. Some of the reviews were critical of the quality of manufacturing, stiching, etc. My decision made, I ordered the slippers in the correct size.

Upon arrival I inspected them very closely to see if I could find the same manufacturing faults as described in some of the reviews. I am pleased to report they were precisely as I had hoped they would be. I found them to be a high quality product, stitching was precise and the fit was perfect. I have no regrets and my wife loves them. As a husband, picking out a clothing item for a spouse can be very tricky. In this case I did well.

Bottom line: these slippers were a huge success meeting my quality expectations and as a successful gift...she loves them.

I received a pair of these as a gift in 2000. I just now need to replace them. They are great, warm and can go in the washer, but if you do wash them expect shrinkage. I wear a 6 shoe, 7 boots and the first pair were 7 and fit fine until 80 washings later my toes were hitting. The size 8 I bought still stays on my foot and I think will allow for the washing shrinkage. The shearling bunches up when washed but is still warm and very comfortable. These can even be worn out to the mailbox and on the porch as the soles are quite sturdy and my 9 year old pair's soles are like new. They would still be fine if I had not opened the front door on my foot and torn one of them open.They saved my foot and were 10 years old. They are worth every cent.

I bought these for my other half and she loves them with one small problem. These are not made like your standard US shoe, boot and slipper manufacturers. The length size is correct but unless you have a VERY SLENDER FOOT the heel is very narrow and tight in the 9 medium size. Make sure of your width before ordering it does narrow drastically at the back of the boot around the heel. I tried to exchange for a 9 large but amazon does not carry one and offered only a refund. My little darlin loves these so much however she is keeping them hoping the back will give way to a little more width after squeezing into them and wearing them a while. GREAT PRODUCT BUT BE AWARE of fit before you purchase. A little more info by Amazon concerning this issue would be helpful.

I bought these slippers for my 83 year old Mom for her birthday. She complained that her feet and ankles were cold with regular slippers. She loves these. She wears them with the sides lifted up for the time being, but when the weather is a little warmer, the sides can be folded down. They are natural sheepskin that have a comfortable snug fit with flat seams in areas that do not rub on the foot. The rubber sole adds structure and stability for walking around the house and even for a quick trip outdoors. My Mom is very happy and I am happy to get a good deal for such a great slipper.

The boots were delivered promptly and in great shape as promised. I had a pair of these years ago (until my son took them over). They are warm and comfortable and wear well for years. I am happy with the merchant and the with and with the ankle boots (or house shoes).

Very disappointed with the quality. I returned them and ordered red wing slippers through chet's shoe store in Minnesota. I've had Minnetonka shoes in the past but was truly disappointed to see the quality so greatly reduced. I could have found the same at a Wal-Mart.

This is 2011 and these Minnetonka slippers are much more expensive than previous years!!!! And MUCH more POOR QUALITY!!!!!!!!!!!!.I have the ones on I bought Jan 2011 and trade them off with another pair and they both have WORN OUT completely on the inside. NO fur lift at all... What a terrible company....A 'not so great' American product.....$80 for NOTHING>>>>>>>
