As a fan of the previous two seasons I was pretty happy to see that Comedy Central released the final season on DVD. For a while I wasn't sure that they were going to make it available. This DVD compiles all of the episodes in all of their uncensored glory, an act that sometimes works against the show rather than for it. Sometimes it's funnier to hear a bleep or view a pixelated body part than it is to actually see/hear it.

Even so, this DVD is still pretty darn good. The final episodes are still entertaining & fans of the show (like me) will be glad to have their collections complete. There's also a lot of great extras in this set (which I have yet to have the time to fully explore) that's sure to please most.

Season 1 & 2 I enjoyed very much with the genre-twists and spoofs. But season 3 just didn't hit my funny bone as much. The novelty seemed to have worn off for me and there was nothing new or surprising.

I did not learn anything new about the characters, so they did not grow in this season, at least for me.

Still it was good for it's run of 3 season, and if you've got season 1 & 2, I've sure you'll get this just to complete your collection.

Out of all three seasons of Drawn Together, I would have to say that this season is my favorite. the writers dropped some of the less funny bits that brought down the end of Season 1 and Season 2, such as the overly long "duh's" and overly long farts that last too long to be funny, then are funny for a second and then finally just too much...
The third season has a couple of more Ling-Ling focused episodes, "Breakfast Food Killer" is probably the best episode of the series. Although the penultimate episode "Charlotte's Web of Lies" was somewhat of a let down with both Captain Hero's nemesis, Scroto, and Ling-Lings Pokemon spoof. The final episode was better than the clip show from season 2, and the musical performances were entertaining, but the focus on the Brian Dunkelman spoof was simply annoying.
Overall, the show was exactly pretty much what I expected, some good, amusing, low brow entertainment

Like the other reviews make clear, the third and final season of the Drawn Together series goes way above and beyond the other two seasons with toilet humor, sexism, racism, violence, and general inappropriateness. However, imho they took things just far enough to make their audience uncomfortably entertained. At 24 years old, I am extremely amused by the horror and filth that is Drawn Together. The show definitely went out with a bang!

I really enjoy Drawn Together it makes fun of all the reality shows that are taking over television right now. I have all the Drawn Together seasons on DVD and all of them are great. But the reason I gave this four stars and not 5 is because this season was just missing something that the other seasons had. Like for example every season in every episode their are numberous confession moments (when one of the characters talks to the camera in a room about an event that happened in the episode) This 3rd season had very little confession moments in the episodes but other than that the DVD and the epioseds are great. I would definitely recommand this season of Drawn Together uncensored!

The premise drew me in: a spoof on reality shows (which I detest), done as a cartoon. It's about several very different cartoon characters living together under one roof, having their interactions video-taped, as well as personal interviews. But that's just the premise. It takes off from there. The shock-value and edgy humor got me hooked. It's fast-moving and not at all predictable. If you like South Park, but need somthing fresh, try this one. It's still new so it keeps one's interest, unlike South Park, which is starting to loose it (an entire episode about pooping the worlds largest dump?!) Give this show a try.

Im sad to learn this is the final season of Drawn Together. Ive rarely seen it promoted on Comedy Central, the only time was when Rebbecca Romijn did a guest voice over. I never expected it too last like The Simpsons or South Park but I wished they'd have a few more seasons. They could release they via dvd and I think they'd sell well. Maybe Cartoon Network could add it to Adult Swim and find its audience there. This season had its moments but I felt it was lacking something, yet I dont know what it was. Overall, not as good as the first two seasons but still had very funny moments. RIP Drawn Together.

I miss this show. I miss it a lot.

They really pushed the envelope here, and I think that the whole thing suffers for the length of it. Translation-I liked the movie, but it wasn't as "OH MY GOD, THEY DIDN'T SAY THAT" as the television show was.

Still, after getting all the seasons, this is all that's left to see, and as Spanky says, it's "delightfully retarded".

The third, and final, season of Comedy Central's ultra raunchy animated show Drawn Together manages to supply more laughs than the disappointing second season of the show did, which in itself is a big accomplishment. The housemates this season take part in more animated, gross-out insanity; with the highlights of the season including Captain Hero starting his own fraternity to compete with the newly moved in Greek family next door (don't ask) as well as learning that he has a "special" son with his superhero sister (yes, you read that right), Foxxy taking part in spelling bees, Spanky getting involved with a crazy spider (voiced by Rebecca Romijn), and an episode where the housemates are babies and accidentally kill their babysitter. There are tons of gross out moments, jokes, and visual gags that come out of nowhere and are definitely funny (Captain Hero's discovery of Clara's fetish for car crashes is hysterical), but there are also a number of moments that just aren't funny. Most notably is the episode involving Wooldoor being stalked by a Terminator-esque killer, which starts off funny but goes nowhere fast. All together though, the final season of Drawn Together still manages to deliver the goods and go out on a high note, so fans of the show can at least be happy about that.

if you take the offensive pointed humor of south park and the random humor of family guy, take it even further, and put them together, this is what you get. one of the funniest shows ever. it saddens me this show was ever canceled.
