Improper fit...contacted seller...no response to emails to their customer service department, NONE!!! If you purchase this and it does not fit, you are stuck with it. Very very sorry that I made this purchase. I only gave it one star because I couldn't leave 0 stars!

I LOVED this gazebo and was dismayed when I couldn't get a replacement from Target (where it was sold). The only place that I could find a replacement was from GardenWinds. Horrible fit - careless customer service absolutley 1000% disgusted with this product. I even questioned the price because Target at one time sold the same item for 1/3 the price. I was told the material is better, stronger, the fit is better, the netting is stronger and will last longer.

None of that is true. The material is actually much much thinner. The netting doesn't even work because it is the wrong tabs for the make/model. And the fit - well not even close.

Left several messages to this company - never heard back. Reported to the BBB. Amazon should not use them as a seller.

This replacement top was just a bit too small. Cut the end off of one of the metal struts on the top of the gazebo to get it to fit. Still couldn't stretch it enough and ended up ripping the netting on the upper canopy. The tabs that connect it to the metal top wouldn't stay in place. Tried velcro-ing the top down, still kept coming undone. I thought it was a nice thick material, no problem with that. Since it was the only replacement I could find, I'll give it a couple of stars for that and for the material quality, but negative feedback for fit.

We bought the new cover in the Fall and when we went to put it on in the Spring, it did not fit. We ripped it trying to get it on the frame and finally left one side unattached. So much for stronger, better fitting cover as it was advertised! It ripped the rest of the way in the first strong wind. Very disappointed.

Purchased this product in May, 2010. Was a little too small for the frame, but the elastic straps the hooks are attached to allowed for isntallation. Didn't quite cover the frame, some light came through at the edges, but it was tolerable.

At the end of the season I removed it, only to discover three of the elastic straps had shredded, rendering the canopy unusable. 6 month warranty didn't help since I contacted them 7 months after purchase. With their response they stated "We regret that our top does not meet your quality standards."

For their product to last less than one season, I regret that the top DOES meet their quality standards.

I will never buy from this company again
