Great for the low cost.

To start I got these from Skullcandy's site when these came out over a year ago for $100.
For the (current) price of $60 on Amazon these are easily worth the price especially including Skullcandy's lifetime warranty. Which makes these easy to replace if they fail in some sort of way.
The audio quality of these are pretty good. I've compared these with Bose QC15 and some other high quality head phones. The other ones were easily better but these aren't all that far behind in terms of bass quality and highs and mids. And I was testing without an amp using PowerAmp music player and uncompressed Flac files.
These have great lows, not the best but they're definitely powerful especially using the right bass boosting software. The highs and mids are where these start to lack (especially the highs). But if you're not looking for best audio possible and just want some easy and good headphones to use while on the go, then these are perfect. Especially with the warranty.
Now that brings me to my next topic durability. These are pretty durable. The have lasted far longer than any other skullcandy headphones I've owned (if that says anything at all). They've lasted about a year I think and they're just now starting to show signs of wear. The little plastic ring around the jack is starting to lose the adhesion from the glue underneath. As long as I don't try and jam it into something it's fine but it can slid out sometimes if I do jam it. The plastic rings around the earbud part isn't even glued (anymore) and I can't remember if it ever was. Good thing they're just for looks and don't actually do anything. But mine are missing the ring on the left earbud. Other than that they seem fine. Still going strong and haven't showed signs of audio loss due to a possibly faulty jack which is surprising considering that's how all my other headphones seem to go.
FYI- The three button system doesn't work with Android phones. Only iPhone and other Apple products.
Final words- These headphone are good for if you're using them for traveling or if you just want to use them for everything and aren't an audiophile (which is most people). These are a lot better than the similarly priced Beats (which that whole brand is bad and overpriced anyways). Anyways great-to-good lows , medium mids, okay highs. If you're just going to listen to pandora and 192kbs mp3's then these will be more than fine! 320kbs mp3s sound almost identical to uncompressed Flac at 1.0mbs with these. So if you're an audiophile you shouldn't be looking at these anyways. But if you are one and have a low budget these will be fine.
Bottom line- For $60 these are a great buy for just about anyone.
