Sadly, this item arrived DOA ... after getting Philips warrant service to come out, when he looked inside, the power panel was bad, as was the infrared panel. Connections were also not properly made in places. The real catch is that not only were these parts bad, but replacement parts would be on BACK ORDER ... and it could be weeks or even more!!! I find running that type of company in this manner ... putting out a product that you don't even have replacement parts for yet ... is beyond disappointing. Needless to say, we returned it to Amazon. I must give kudos to Amazon customer service, however. They were extremely helpful and made the process as painless as possible. This is why people keep coming back to Amazon - it is all about customer service in the end.
