I purchased the dual monitor stand after reading the Amazon reviews about how strong and sturdy the mount was build. While 99% of the mount is built well, the part that fails is the vertical tilt which controls the up/down movement. I have two Asus VW266H 25.5" LCD monitors that weigh 17.4 pounds each. This size is within the design limits both in size and weight. However, the the tilt design includes smooth brass washers with no grip that allows the hinge to swing down no matter how hard I torque the bolt. The only way I was able to get the tilt to stay in place was to superglue the washer in place so one of the sides would be fixed. In my opinion, this should be a lock washer to add some friction between the arm and the part that attaches to the monitor. For this reason, I would not recommend this mount for larger LCDs.

Solid and strong for light monitors. Easy to put together. Very difficult to adjust. If the monitor weighs more than 7lbs it won't stay vertical. Samsung 23" LCD monitor requires I have it touching my other monitor to keep it vertical. I tightened the nuts to the point where the allen key started stripping and it's still not tight enough.

If one monitor is heavier than the other, the heavy monitor will sag by an inch or more. The sag is annoying if you want to line them up.

I have a 23" and a 22" monitor, the spread on the arms is wide. Side by side, I don't think you could have a pair of 24" monitors on this and still be able to adjust them much unless they were in portrait.

Cable routing is bad. A pair of clips on each arm and then down thru the center from the top.

The mount is partially padded, the rings on the bottom are bare metal and will dig into a wooden desk if you tighten it.

If I buy another, it won't be this, I'll spend the extra few dollars to get one that is well designed.

The monitor mount is very very strong build (like a TANK) i mean this thing is not going anywhere. I attached it to the side of the table. i didn't use included clamp, just bolt it to the side of my wooden desk. This thing is heavy and requires good wood or other strong material to support its weight. The only concern is that i have two different monitors by different brands and they do not align horizontally. Half an inch difference it's no big deal. When i fully assembled the stand, i realized that it takes too much space of my desk. it also extended the monitor way further than i originally anticipated. So, in the effort to save some space, i took out the shortest arm link that connects the monitor to the pole. As the result, the product fits perfectly on my desk. it looks as if it was build by the desk manufacture and was shipped along with the desk as a package. i would deferentially recommend this product to a friend no doubt about it!!!!!!!!!!!!

The monitor mounts are very sturdy and well made. Fits almost any desk and strong enough for 2 27" monitors.

Pros: Price, overall build quality

Cons: One of the screws stripped while tightening, needed to be replaced.

Holds my ASUS 27" PB278Q and ASUS 23" PB238Q displays up with no issues. Easy to assemble. Make sure you tighten all the bolts or your displays will sway/pivot unintentionally. Cable management could be better as it was a tight fit to run 2 power and 2 hdmi cables thru each loop. I used cable ties in between to keep the cords tight through out the assembly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the mount. I definitely recommend this product.

Works as advertised. Definitely no problem handling two 27" monitors side by side. The monitors these days are not very heavy anyway. Great for the price.
One comment - the adjustments for the height of the top arm and the angle of the plates... man, that should have been so much easier to tighten. Sort of ridiculous that you have to go at it so hard with the little allen wrench. A better design would have provided improved leverage for an easier way to tighten.

Nonetheless it works just fine once adjusted. I'll buy another one for my wife's desk. Love the space I can use under the monitors now.

I rarely leave feedback for items but felt I should on this item. I saw this mount being used at a local electronics store and interested as it was very solid and clean looking. They wanted alot at the store so I figured I would try online via Amazon when I got home. After seeing the great price online I gave it a try. This mount is great. It is very solid and mounted my two 24 inch older LCD monitors with ease. This mount is very solid and after getting everything where I wanted I tightened up all the joints and it doesnt budge! Took about 5 to 10 mins to install and set up. Could not be happier esp for the price.

To start this mount is better than others I've purchased in the past (much cheaper as well)
I bought this for my two 27 inch displays. My product weight exceeds that listed. Frame is extremely sturdy.
The only problem I encountered was Displays tilting, to remedy this you pop off the rubber heads (on the sides) and tighten to your satisfaction. Easy fix. My biggest issue which almost had me
taking away Star value from this product was Customer support. It took them more than a week to notify me
their "shipping/tracking" guy went on vacation. (Just 1 guy does THE job how professional) So, they couldn't update me on my order. Amazon notified me about this 2 days after I placed my order. ALWAYS order from Amazon directly "IF available"
I sent numerous emails back and forth trying to find out if my order had shipped (at the very least)
Needless to say I wasted my time. Bottom line. Excellent product, worst Customer Service I've experienced. May not be important to most, however, If people don't speak out then their service will just stay the same. (product also came shipped "damaged" Could be the carrier so I'm not going to mark them down for it. Plus you never see this thing behind mammoth displays.

This is the second one of these I've picked up for someone at work, and I must say this is a decent thing for the price. One desk had a lip that was too shallow for clamping without drilling/cutting, but that was pretty easily handled. My two users of these have 24" screens mounted, and that's close to capacity by way of width. That is, if you want to mount two screens and have them facing the same direction, you won't be able to fit 30" screens. They are giving you the gospel with the 27" limit. What else? The elevation of the screens is pretty good. One user is probably 6'4" and sits pretty tall, and with this mount, he's got good eye line posture (slightly lower than level).

Ordered this to hold two 20" widescreen monitors and it does that just fine. My only complaint is that the bolts provided for the clamp down base could not be put in and stripped out. Fortunately my desk is old enough to not bother me to drill a hole in it, but I would reconsider this product if drilling a hole to mount it was not an option for you.
