I really wanted to love this necklace as it is beautiful, however the clasp broke the very first time I wore it! I contacted Fossil as soon as I was able to about exchanging it, however they simply closed my request stating in an email that too much time had passed since I bought it. So here I have a $50 necklace that's got a broken clasp, just from opening it and putting it on, and it's just become a bauble never to be worn. "Disappointing" doesn't even cover it. I'm a huge Fossil fan, having purchased many of their accessory items and clothing, I expected much more from their customer service and found the lack of help really disheartening.

Very cute necklace, but the stones started to fall after three months or so. One by one. I interchanged the necklace with my other jewelry, so I definitely wasn't wearing it every day...Don't waste your money or wait till it goes on sale dirt cheap!
