I needed another pair for the aqua cardio class i take and what a waste of money. Wihin the first 15 min of class (first night i wore them) the inside sole came off. The entire section from the toes to the middle of my foot was scrunched up and off to the outside of my foot! had to stop and take them off. When i got home i looked at them and they only "glued" down the heel part of the inside sole! I mean really, they couldn't use a bit more glue and do the ENITRE inside sole! don't waste your money

I followed the recommendations of other users and ordered a half size larger, I got a size 8 instead of my usual 7.5. The shoe is too big.
That is kind of disappointing. Otherwise they look fine, though I have yet to test them in water.

I'm giving these 4 stars! They arrived promptly to my mailbox (within 3 days), and well before the "estimated arrival date." Many other users are complaining about the inside pad slipping out as you walk - this is easily fixed with some shoe glue which can be purchased for approx $5 on Amazon (saw this on another review for the guys shoe - said it worked perfectly). I intend on using these for Hawaii to help protect my feet from sharp coral and lava rocks for 7 days - for $8 i feel confident that they will do the job with the extra step of gluing the pads in. Minus one star for the pads not being glued better on their own - I could easily rip them out, but since I'm using my own glue, this was a blessing in disguise.

If you're looking for something with some longevity, you might want to go the distance and purchase a higher quality water shoe. However, with the pads glued down, I would say these should also be very sufficient for in-pool use for aerobics, etc.

The shoes run one size LARGER (not sure how other reviewers claim that they are 1/2 size small). I purchased a size 6 instead of 7 (I'm always a 7) and they fit perfectly.

Very excited about these - do not let the other reviews deter you from purchasing if you are on the fence.

Also, if you're skeptical about the shoe glue, I did use it to glue to handle back on my ceramic pot lid (very heavy). It has not broken or shown any signs of wear. Very strong glue with many uses beyond just shoe repair.

Over and out!

I ordered these after reading many reviews. Most complained about shoes being slippery. These are not--I haven't slipped on the Y's deck at all. The main complaint about these was that the insoles were not secure. When they arrived I pulled them loose and re-glued them with Shoe Goo. and haven't had any problems. They seem good quality and I have a friend who plans to order a pair soon.

I ordered a size 6 in this which is my shoe size. I cannot wear it because it is so huge I would trip over my own foot. If you going to get it, get a smaller size.

This is a great water shoe. We are very active and work our products heavily. Water shoes that don't have proper support across the top of your foot will get torn off your foot like a wet, weighted, ankle sock, BUT not this one. My daughter wore these through a no-kidding flash flood on a river and they never left her feet. My wife had the same in a different color and hers were equally excellent. No tearing, no seams coming apart, and it stayed snug on the foot. AND it was a great price.

Fit well but insole came out after one use. Will try to
glue gun it back in. Probably just as good as those
costing more.

I bought these to use in the pool, I do water jogging to be kind to my joints. I just used them for the first time last night. After 10 min in the water the inside liner came up. After a half hour the entire foot bed was a a mess. I do not recommend for the pool.To late to return, plus the return shipping would be about the cost.

Additionally, they run almost one size bigger.

These were possibly the worst water shoes I've ever seen. I bought them because last minute, I realized I couldn't find my old watershoes, and I was leaving for vacation. I tried them on once at home, and found that they were a little big, but since there was a draw string in the back, i didn't mind.. Fast forward to my vacation, I slip them on to head to the port (I was on a cruise), and by the time we'd walked from the ship to the port itself, the insole had come off, and was bunched over to the side.. My foot kept getting stuck to the adhesive that was supposed to attach the insole to the rest of the shoe.. By the time we got to the beach, I was ready to throw them in the garbage... I kept taking them off and trying to readjust it, but it was worthless.. I thought about returning them as soon as I got back, but they were so worthless that I just left them on the ship.. It wasn't even worth attempting to spend time to get my money back.
