A good screen protector should not detract from the image quality. I should still see my movies and photos in HD WITH the screen protector on, with no loss at all in crispness. This is exactly what this product does. I'm thoroughly satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend to anyone with a SUPER AMOLED Galaxay S III screen. This is first screen protector I've gotten EVER that you can barely tell is even there!

There are two basic types of screen covers: the wet aplied and dry applied. The wet aplied are usually a urethane film which is extraordinarily durable but adds a lot of friction to a touch screen. Among the dry applied are the static cling and and the light adhesive. The ones with adhesive stay in place much better and ideally come with a plastic film cover on each side of the screen protector to protect the protector until application is done--details below.

The Ismooth is a light adhesive, dry applied film. It's a relative stiff film, gloss smooth, clear and unwavy, but does give a slight oil-on-water-rainbow appearance that is visible mostly only when the screen is off. It does not add any friction to a touch screen. For these reason I've come to prefer it for touch screens over other brands except the Aduro, which doesn't have the rainbow effect. Note that the rainbow effect is very mild and won't bother most folks. I like my covers to be perfect, so once scratched, I remove and put on a new one and have gone through a lot of screen covers and brands of screen covers in my time. Right now, the Aduro is my first choice.

The sizing and cutouts have been, ime, very accurate.

Application:

It has two layers that are removed for application. First you remove the layer over the adhesive side, then apply the film to the deivce, the take over the outer layer. That last layer protects the film from scrathes during application.

You want the surface to be dust particle free --any speck with cause a bubble. If, as you roll the film onto the device you see a bubble, back up a bit and put a 3m post-it under the spot with the post-it adhesive side facing the film where the speck it. Press lightly and remove the postit. This will 99% of the time remove the speck in oe try. Then continue with the application. IF you see a bubble after you've fully applied, you can apply a small peice of Scotch brand mending tape to the film to have a handle to lift it up by gently peeling back, then do the postit trick.

Good luck. Take your time. Be patient. Be gentle. Once it's down it should look virtually bubble free and stay in place for a long time.

I jumped in and bought this S3 protector and glad that I did. My phone looks great and I hardly know it is there. I already had 2 small scratches on my phone and this should stop any further. Good protection. Feels okay (not like the original glass but close enough).

The best screen protector I have ever used. This thing is so clear that you will not know it is on. It is the first screen protector I have actually liked from the first day I had it on. It seems that all other protectors are foggy, and I have use many over the years. The last year I gave up on them because it hindered my viewing experience. Now that has completely changed.

Note: Take your time when putting it on. Use the stickers to remove any dust that gets on the adhesive side of the screen or you will have mirco-air bubbles. From now one this will be my go to screen protector for all my phones to come. I would recomend this to everyone who has a cell phone.

I have tried other screen protectors and had all but given up on them, however I had to try when I received my warranty replacement from Verizon. I went from a Samsung Droid Charge to a Samsung Galaxy S3. I had read the the screen on the S3 was delicate, so I wanted to get a protector that was highly rated on Amazon, so I gave the iSmooth Samsung Galaxy S3 Screen Protector a try. I am so glad I did; between the written instructions and the video, I was not disappointed! The instructions were very easy to follow and I was glad that this came with a cleaning cloth to wipe the phone down prior to applying the protector and then after to get rid of the bubbles. You can't even tell the protector is on once you align the product right. My other attempts at applying other screen protectors with other phones I always had air bubbles that I couldn't get rid of. Not this guy; I was able to do it on the first try! For that, I was very happy and grateful. If you need to protect a S3 or any phone that iSmooth has a protector for, I would highly recommend this product.

I applied this product to my Samsung Galaxy III S phone. First I watched their video as recommended on the package. The step-by-step demonstration was very descriptive and easy to follow. I then applied the product to my phone's screen with only 1 tiny dust particle which I was able to remove with the small dust remover sticker. I'm glad I'm now able to protect the mirror screen on my phone without any loss of visibility.

No wonder they give you three screen protectors...its a pain to get it perfect on your screen! All three was a bust for me, never fits good no matter how meticulous you are. The last one came out decent but still not perfect with some small bubbling in one area. Not using any protector now, hope the gorilla glass holds up lol

I purchased these screen protectors based on reviews that I read here and also through other sources. I am thrilled that I purchased this product. I had originally purchased an otterbox defender with the build in screen protector, but was hugely disappointed in the fact that it completely messed up the clarity of the screen on the Galaxy S3. The color and the clarity of the S3 is one of the main reasons why I purchased the phone.

I am not normally able to put a screen protector on a phone by myself without messing it up ( usually have to go to the verizon store for them to put it on for me). But I read the instructions and then watched the video at [...] and was able to put it on perfectly the first try. I did have to use one of the dust removal stickers to remove 2 specks of dust that got under the screen protector but no big deal to do it!

It is also super responsive to my stylus pen and is crystal clear. Unless you are really looking at it thoroughly, you won't even notice that is has a screen protector on it. Plus they have a lifetime warranty on them, which from reading other reviews and comments, they actually honor without any hassles.

The only minor recommendation that I would make is that they include 3 (instead of 2) of the dust removal stickers in the package since the pack comes with 3 covers,

If you are on the fence about buying this, I would say "Go for it". You will not be disappointed! Great deal for the price!

As others have said, I am very happy with the material of the screen protector. I had a very easy time applying it w/o issues. It did take me several tries to get it to line up perfectly (helped me to start at the bottom) but luckily I didn't get any dust/lint under the screen. The feel is very smooth and near glass-like, not 100% the same as touching the bare screen, but pretty darn close. The clarity is fantastic. There was very little loss of screen clarify, if any, after applying the screen protector.

The only negative I have is that the size of the screen protector is slightly too large. The dimensions seem to be 1 mm too large in both width and height. This causes the edges to lift up at the areas where it cannot adapt to the curved edges of the screen. While this is very minor, I expect this will start to collect dust over time and result in earlier replacement. This may be avoided if you are 100% perfectly lined up to the tenth of a millimeter (and I'm nearly OCD when it comes to applying/lining it up), but the hassle could be more easily avoided if the dimensions were 1 mm shorter and 1 mm more narrow.

*UPDATE*
Well I guess I spoke to soon. After only 2 days, I noticed a small "bubble" form in the middle of my screen. I am positive there was no lint when the screen protector was applied, and there was no visible scratch, so I'm not sure how this "bubble" formed. Regardless of its origin, when I tried to squeeze the "bubble" out towards the edge with my finger, the "bubble" dragged and simply got bigger. I tried the same thing again with the same result. It now looked like snail tracks in the middle of my screen. After removing the screen protector, I realized that there is a sticky/tacky adhesive material on the back that somehow separated and was smearing. I took a photo and uploaded it to the user photos. I am very disappointed in this product and will be contacting amazon for a refund.
