I love this Mason Jar Cap. One of my favorite uses is making ice coffee in the morning before I leave for work. Just make a large cup of coffee add cream and sugar if you like. Fill your Mason Jar with ice then pour your coffee over ice and shake, you will have the perfect ice coffee ready to go.

and you need to tighten and clean up. Other than that, this product is fantastic. I make sun tea in big 1/2 gal mason jars and find these caps a much more manageable method of pouring.

I brew kombucha, which is a fermented, probiotic, naturally carbonated tea consumed for digestive health. Through the brewing process the metal lids can have an adverse reaction to the tea. reCAP has solved this issue! The reusable plastic tops are perfect for storing this healing drink! THANK YOU ReCap!

I'd give this 0 stars if possible - thing leaked from the get go. I will try to return it.

I have used this great fitting jar top about 4 times. The plastic flip attachment has broken. Seriously? At $7.99 a piece, not happy with the life of the product.

I had been searching and searching for a plastic cover for my mason jars, that allowed you to put a straw or drink through it and then I finally came across the recap. I really like the cap, the only downsides is it takes me a couple extra seconds to get the cover to screw on just right, it's weird almost like it has to be perfectly level to screw on. And then it does leak a tiny bit, but I'm usually holding my drink, not putting it in a cooler or anything so it's not a problem for me. And lastly, if I have this cover on my mason jar, and I put it in the fridge, its seems harder to unscrew it.

Seems like a lot of negatives but overall I do like it, just think maybe it needs to be revised a bit. I'll keep using and I will probably get some more just because it seems to be the only option I've come across.

These are very fragile for how pricey they are. If you drop the mason jar, of course you'd expect it to shatter. But if the jar survives the fall, I would think the lid should as well. Not the case. I had another one chip without even dropping it, I'm still not sure how that happened. They also leak occasionally. I think this is a great idea for a product, but for $7+ each, I would expect the plastic to be sturdier.

It works fine except for the cover. It would be nice if you could place it off to the side. Instead it just tilts back, and then when I go to take a sip it keeps falling down and hitting me in the nose. So I wind up having to hold the cover with one hand while I drink with the other.
