In 1996 I was a college student producing five to ten research papers a semester without a computer or Internet access. Flash-forward to 2004--before YouTube, facebook, and Twitter--I had become an Internet junkie, posting on message boards, surfing for information and news, and writing an online journal at Morrissey-solo.com. This book, realitybites, is an edited version of my journal spanning seven years and continuing today. My book is about loss, love, and hope. I also share my thoughts on music, movies, learning, anorexia, suicide, politics, atheism, religion, and Christopher Hitchens. My wish is that you, the reader, may find themes in my writings that you can relate to your own journey in life.
