Not What I Ordered,

The vendor, Moshya Home Furnishings, shipped the wrong item. Hopefully it's an honest mistake and they will take care of it. However, their voice mailbox is full, so I'm feeling a bit uncomfortable. I sent two emails with my phone number and requesting an immediate response.
The item they shipped is a similar table with a black top, but the seats do not have backs on them, they are the cheaper stools. So they substituted a far less expensive set (and I ordered three) without asking if it would be acceptable. I'm really concerned, but need to withhold judgement until I hear from them. |
