This review is from: A Review of the Causes and Consequences of the Mexican War (Hardcover)
An excellent historical review regarding pro-slavery presidents John Tyler and James K. Polk. They set the objectives of land acquisition which caused the Mexican War. The unjustified war was caused to enhance pro-slavery expansion. Mexico became the sacrificial lamb for the promotion of slavery. Great addition to my history library.
