One Size Too Big,
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Carhartt Men's Workwear Pocket Long Sleeve Henley Midweight Jersey Original Fit (Apparel)
These Henley Tees are at least one size too big. I wear XXL in virtually every other shirt on the planet, but even after a wash, the XXL was big enough for Shaquille O'Neal and then some. I read another review like that, and one that says they're too long, like they're built for a tall guy as well. It's too bad, because they seemed like a decent quality shirt, but I had to send them both back. I'm prone to try one size down, but I often wear shirts not tucked in. Even the picutre looks a little funny, a bit too long as well. Come on Carhartt, fix your sizes. Or Amazon, at least warn us about the sizing, so we can take a better shot at it.

I ended up buying one size down, xl instead of xxl which is my usual size, and they're perfect. These are high quality shirts. Thery're a little thicker than normal which works great in colder climates, like the Sierras in winter. The pocket is nice for glasses, but rides a little high on the shirt, not a problem though. I ended up buying 3 or 4 of the long sleeve, and a couple of short sleeves, all one size down, and they fit perfect. They're that nice. Better than T shirts in a way. Sometimes putting a jacket on over Tee will pull on the collar and choke a bit. Not so with a henley tee. I'm 6 feet 2, and I didn't buy a tall size either. The regulars are plenty long, and I wear them not tucked in. My guess is you wouldn't need a tall unless you're like 6 feet 6 or so, and maybe not even then.
